Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature – so bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work) and for high value items we always recommend using your billing address.
For all deliveries, we use Air Courier.
Please note the delivery times may vary depending on your location; please allow a longer delivery window for hard to reach locations. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, although we will endeavor to aid you with this process as much as we can and thorough shipping paperwork will be provided, as required by the delivery region.
Any items not in stock are available to be made to order and can be ordered through the product page. Please process your order as usual but allow 4-6 weeks. Rings to be made to order are available in sizes 6, 6.5 and 7 only. For alternative sizes and other bespoke aspects please place your enquiry though our bespoke section. We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We are sure you will love each and every piece of Diane Kordas jewellery, but if for some reason you want to return your purchase, we've made it is easy using our collection service.
Request your Return Label Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email customercare@dianekordasjewellery.com with your order number in the subject line and we will issue you an RMA number.
Once you receive your RMA number, we will email you a return shipping label. Our courier provider, Air Courier, will contact you to arrange collection of your return. Please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges must be picked-up within 4 days of receiving your return label. Attach the return label on the outside of the box and seal your package for the driver to collect.
Duty reclaims on returns are the responsibility and we will endeavor to aid you with any required paperwork.
